I am sure when I played on Xbox there was a live chat facility. Now, on PC, it is either this forum-type page or a phone call if I live in the USA or Canada but nowhere else in the entire world.
If it's this difficult to play or even get a quick message on what the problem is I may as well just go elsewhere? The game on my laptop worked for the first two days and now I can't access beyond the initial screen with data center options and two legends on screen.
The closest these people have now to live customer service outside of the USA or Canada is a Twitter account? ....
