Unable to connect error 103

hey gamers I just had this error and hadn’t been able to play apex for a while I had given up bc restarting everything had already been tried. Then I got smart and just went to EA’s page on phone and signed into my account and it let me sign into Apex right after that! Hope this helps solve you guys problem. And also I’m on PS4 bc all you brought all the ps5’s. 🙃🥵

games support is very bad ..lots of errors and bugs ..getting kickd out of ranked getting connected in ranked with only one person when trio os playing lots of issue but bad support

Hey @ShadyPlaya13  could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps. 

Power cycle the PS4 system

1. Completely turn off the PS4 by holding the power button.
2. Wait for the power light to stop flashing, then remove the power cable and leave the PS4 system for 20 minutes.
3. Reconnect the PS4 system and turn it on.
