Unable to connect ea servers

platform: Ps4

when I press "x" on the main menu I`ll get the error "Unable to connect ea servers."  90% of the time, the other 10% it will connect but when I search for a match it kicks me out back to the main menu right after "connecting to match" search status and right before map loading screen, with the same exact error message.

I had this until i deactivated the NAT setting for ports in my router. That fixed the issued until a patch comes
