Unable to connect 311 error

Went to log in tonight and the launcher keeps saying unable to connect 311 error. I uninstalled game and reinstalled it. same thing... I ran a repair no change. What the heck is up with launcher?  Was working fine yesterday.

Try a change of DNS server initially such as using googles 8.8.8.8 if you have confirmed antivirus and firewall are not interferring

208, 310 and 311 are usually a form of communication issue , hence why trying to re-install may not help.

In the game folder is a log folder with launcher logs, if you want to attach the latest it should give an idea where the communication issue is laying
