Hello,
I have been having trouble receiving my Apex Legends loot from my Prime Membership. I have contacted Twitch & Amazon who have both told me everything is good on their end & it shows the loot has been claimed. Amazon told me to contact EA on the matter since everything was correct on their end. I play on PS5 & do not know how to look up which EA Account is linked to my Apex (even though I only have one). Could someone please assist me with this?
