Unable to amplify to relic 7 even with all requirements fulfilled

I have already contacted EA support on this issue, but any response is delayed. As this issue is affecting my ability to get my characters upgraded for Galactic Legends, I really would like this solved fast, so I'. The issue I have is that I have BB8 at relic level 6 but can't amplify to relic level 7 even though I have all the requirements. This issue is not limited to just BB8, my Malak who is also at relic level 6 has the same issue. Other characters below relic level 6 have the Amplify option available, so this is only limited to relic level 7.

The attached pictures should clarify what I mean, notice how BB8 and Malak don't have the red "upgrade available" dot even though the needed materials are all there.
