Unable to Subscribe [ Edited ]

Every time I try to pay for the Onetime subscription I get this ' This sit can't provide a secure connection' when paying with paypal my only payment method I retried it multiple times but get the same result is their any way to fix this.

Edit: now i have 8 pending payments

Can i confirm the web browser and  the screen this is occurring on ? 

Does the site show as secure like below at any point ?

Yeah thats it but the error comes up when it tries to go to paypal.

It maybe an intermittent issue on the crossover to paypal , especially if more then one web browser has the same behavior 

Best can suggest at moment is wait 24 hours and try again 

will definately flag with CS to check as well.

Edit - if you now have 8 pending transactions I would stop and wait for these to fail.

The only other avenue for account issues involving money is to call CS (Link to Numbers)

DarthAlpharius is not the only one, I can log on to my personal swtor page, but is impossible to do literally ANYTHING ELSE on this whole website...

And NO it is not PC related or has to do anything with our setup, as this page is the only case on every website coming to my mind where I can reproduce that error!

I have been trying for the past 4 days to subscribe by Paypal. Each time I get the following message once I have given all the authorization:

(Your Order is being Processed)

An Error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later. [0]

I've tried at different time frame.

Tried from the game, direct from the internet.

I always get the same message.

If you've been trying very frequently and you've already contacted your payment provider (bank/card issuer/etc.) to confirm there's no issue with allowing the transaction, I'd recommend you wait until at least 24h from your last transaction attempt, and then try again. If you still get the error, you'll need to give us a call so that our Account & Billing team can take a closer look.
