I have tried to contact EA customer service 3x over the past couple days but have not gotten a reply nor answer. I am unable to play head to head on ultimate team, but can play the solo challenges. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years and have never encountered a connectivity issue like this in the past. All the other modes of the game work fine, as I am able to play H2H in exhibition mode. A patch or update to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated, because I primarily play Ultimate Team.
