Unable to Open the Game

• I just got a message recently to download the new version of Sims Mobile, which I did but now I can’t open the game. I still get messages that my Sim has completed their event but nothing happens when I clicked on the app icon. Can somebody please help me please?

I’ve already updated the app with the new version but every time I clicked on the app, it will read for a while and then escape again. If I uninstall the app and reinstall the app again, will I lose my account? I don’t want to lose my account along with all my Sims and all the Secret Agent job which I purchased just a few days ago before the game crashed.
