Unable to Login, or Change password

I find myself unable to log into SWToR. The launcher keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. Unfortunately, when I attempt to change my password to fix this, I keep getting 'an error has occurred' message.

Try changing your password for your account from swtor.com in your browser instead of the launcher.
