Unable to Login - PS4 - NHL2020

My son gets an error message - Unable to Login when trying to go online w/ NHL2020 w/ PS4.

This account can't get online See http://ea.com/unable-to-connect

I have went to that site and tried the suggestions with no luck, he is of age (13), has PlayStation Plus, Has a EA acct#, Has a PS4 acct#, all accounts reflect proper age.

I even wiped the PS4 clean and reloaded everything.  Nothing has worked.

Anybody have any ideas what's going on?
