Unable to Access Multiplayer

I purchased the Deluxe Edition for the same reason everyone else did, to play the early access.  From having installed the game, the opening menu reads "You have lost connection to EA servers" and I'm entirely unable to access the multiplayer.

 

I've tried every option that EA tech support has thrown my way and forum has suggested: flush DNS, clean boot, port forwarding etc., downloaded and tried all of the software they've recommended, and still nothing works.  Tech support elevated my case to be handled by a specialist, and even they claim my case is unique.  The issue according to them is apparently not with my account, not with the game (ahem) and solely a fault in my connection.  However, all other games and services function flawlessly, including other Battlefield titles.

It seems a total loss.  Does anyone else suffer this issue? Is there a solution?  Most importantly, why is it only Battlefield V?

Hey @lllLukeNukem

 

Have you tried connecting with 4g device to see if that works for you? Its to see if the issue is on the PC or on the network.
