Ultimate Team open roster spot

If there is an open spot on your roster in ultimate team, the game freezes every time you insert a player in the open roster space. It’s been like this for almost two days.

Any luck with this!? Ive been dealing with this for weeks now. I did everything they mentioned even initalized my PS4 and it still does it every time. Ive contacted EA 3 times and they dont help they tell me to do the same thing every single time and nothing has worked.
