Power cycle your console and router and then retry.

If the problem continues and you have the game on an external drive, check if having it on the internal drive instead has an effect.

@Dion2021624946 I have this problem to! All you need to do is log out your controller and log in back. Remember to only log out your registered PlayStation account!not a guest one. I hope this help
