UI greyed out

Hello, as you can see on the bottom right corner my ui greyed out and i can't find anything in options to change it, as it was before. Previously it was more white and less transparent. So anyone can help me with that ?

I think that particular part of the UI only lights up when cycling trough the different weapons and functions of the vehicle and then automatically disappears again after a while. I think mine looks the same and is at 100% visibility so this cannot be set any higher manually. All i can advice is resetting the UI / graphics options once and starting fresh Or to try a totally different UI color...
