My old gameface was a male gameface. My new gameface is a female gameface.
I created the new gameface from start to finish online, choosing female as the gender, and it saved without issue. When I go back to the site, I still see my new female gameface there.
When I try to import it into the game, I get an error that the gameface is a different gender than my female character.
I decided to try to import it on a male, and sure enough it's my old male gameface that it is trying to import.
I've tried ejecting the game and putting it back in (to make 100% sure it was disconnecting and reconnecting to my account), I've tried hard resetting the xbox and even resetting the MAC address. I've recreated the gameface numerous times.
If I close out of my browser and come back in an hour or so, then it will still have the same gameface save, but it will have the male edit options (have facial hair options and mail hair options)
How can I make it recognize and import the new gameface?
