Typing problem ps4

Hello community

Recently i bought a ps4 and nfs payback and when i tried to type a password for my ea account the system wouldn't let me type or i had weird chinese symbols typed in.Then i tried to change the plates in my cars and i had the exact same problem

Do yoy know any solution?

Try setting your PS4 System Language to your preference:
