Twitch Prime Skins (Octane, Bangalore, and Wattson) Not showing up in skins menu [ Edited ]

I Linked my ea account, twitch account, and xbox account together and after getting the in game message that i had received the skins they’re no where to be found in my skins menu. Any ideas?
