Twitch Prime Pathfinder Skin [ Edited ]

I am a apex legends player and i ran into a problem today i was playing pathfinder and my twitch skin is gone after doing research i saw people were getting it using an exploit and apex said they well remove that skin from accounts that used the exploits and my account didnt use a exploit and i can prove that.

My apex legends gamer tag is AtomicB1ood                       B1ood has a 1 instead of a L

I want my skin back i also will put an image of my account with the amazon prime.
