Twitch Prime Pack Claimed But Not In Account

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? i have connected my twicth prime to me ea account about a month ago i claimed the reward no problem, then when this second reward has came out on my account it says that i have claimed the reward but it wont appear in my game so i havent actually got the reward, possibly a linking issue but i have relinked the account at least twice so im not sure what the problem could be
What happens when the bug occurs? dont receive reward pack
What should be happening instead? should see the pack in my store ‌

Hey @DonJord20 and @themg2702, if you have not received items you should have then the best thing to do, is speak with one of our phone or chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further.

Same here! 

Watched the tournament on twitch yesterday after i connected my accounts(twitch en fut) but didnt got the tots player who was promised. A friend of my did the same, and he got the tots player!
