Twitch Prime Loot PS4

I have claimed on November 10th, 2020 from Twitch prime a skin for Horizon which was called Inverse Polarity, I have contacted EA for these issues, then redirected to Twitch prime help, then to Amazon prime to resolve my issues, and finally, they told me to contact Respawn which only has a Twitter and I have sent a tweet regarding this issue. If any chance I would need help to solve these issues as quickly as you can thank you for your time and concern.
