this started happening across 6 devices of 3 different androids OS - all last pastes.
EA support rep expects me to perform a factory reset on the device and keeps closing the support ticket as Resolved.
its improbable that so many devices (3 of which had fresh installs of the game as a way to avoid a factory reset on the main device)
its far more likely that something is glitching out in the progression path of my account, but tech is daft.
anyone have any suggestions, either on fixing it or how to get a different tech assigned?
