Troubles with prolonging the subscriptons

Hello, my name is Sam and I'm SWTOR subscriber from Russia. Yesterday I decided to prolong my subscription at a rate 1 month for 299 rubles (nearly 5$), SWTOR took from me firstly only 60 rubles (less than 1$) and after that when I didn't have enough money on my card they tried to took full-price. I want my money back to prolong my subscription.

It's likely a pre-authorization charge (see here). If it isn't refunded within seven business days you should call Customer Service.

the 60 ruples sound like a card verification charge , this is usually auto refunded within 3 - 5 days, however the recurring subs require something like a creditcard as they test they can continue to take money the following month, given it appears you only just had enough money on your payment method it will likely reject the payment method anyways.

you may be best buying a non recurring sub albeit it is 60 days.
