It was suggested instead of posting in the Battlefield 5 General Discussion that I move my original post located here:

I really want to open up a dialogue about this issue which I have been experiencing for a very long time. There is a video of the issue along with many other forum posts of other people experiencing the same problem.

Please help me troubleshoot and diagnose this issue asap.

If I were you I would make sure that it's added to the bug section here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/battlefield-v-bug-reports-en and remember to include all the links and videos.
