Transfering operating system

I've been having problems the last day or two with galaxy of heroes on my iPad glitching and running the game at about 10 fps.

In this case I'd like to move my account over to my android phone, I know what I have to put in my "ticket" when I send that but I don't know which topic it does under here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=star-wars-galaxy-heroes&platform=android-phone&category=g...

Any help?
