Transfer Kids Account to new Android Device

Hello, my son started with SWGOH on his old mobile phone when he was 12. Now he is 16 and has to move his account with all his progress to a new mobile phone since the old one has only Android 4.2. Now the problem starts: Since he has an underage account, he has no option to link his SWGOG account to Google Play or Facebook - these options are simply missing under "options". ES support was not helpful since they ask for a non-existing proff of purchase which is simply not existing for an app that was downloaded for free.

 

How can he remove the underage restrictions from his account or move to a new device? Any help would be appreciated, so thanks in advance!

Hi @Axs9032Sxa5231, there wouldn't be much you could do from your account to change this. We're unable to assist with account issues on the forum so I'd say the best course would be to get in touch with the EA Help Support team directly. If you submit a Help ticket from your sons SWGOH account, they'll take a look into this for you. This thread will outline the steps (+images) on how to send in a Help ticket: "How to contact support for Star Wars™ Galaxy of Heroes".
