Transaction Pending issue

Hi, im trying to perform a purchase and its impossible because i receive the legend "Transaction pending, currently processing some other transaction, please try again later", and its been around for like 3 days, is there any way to reset my purchases, i changed the credit card of my apple account

in this case you have to contact EA Customer Support because to resolve this issue there are some information necessary that shouldn’t be posted here on the boards due to account safety.
