Traits not working

My personal traits have not worked for months I have contact ea and they always say they know about it and are working on it..but nothing seems to get fixed.  Not sure why is anyone else having problems? Flirty and friendly and lucky are the ones don't work for me.

I'm not sure exactly what we are talking about, would it be possible for you to share more details on what you are experiencing? What do you mean by traits not working? For example, are you unable to select them? Do you get any error messages?
