I want to create a tournament for my friends, but I need to get an admin code, is there a way for me to get an admin code? I’ve already emailed apex legends license requests and I also asked an EA advisor but I still havent gotten an answer from them.

I’m not planning to create an official tournament yet but I am creating it so that my friends and I could practice for official tournaments.

At the moment the only way to apply for a code would be through the information on this page: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/community-tournament-guidelines 

If that's the email you reached out to, you would just need to wait to hear back. Afraid we aren't able to expedite that process or provide codes on the forums, sorry.

That was the email I used, but I emailed them last month and I still haven’t received anything.
