Too much coins removed from account

Which part of the mode? Transfer Market
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 09/04/2019 - 09/05/2019
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 8:00AM
What is your time zone? BST - GMT + 6:00
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Is there any way you can see what happened to accounts between days? If so, then I recommend going back and look at my account.
What happens when the bug occurs? I lose much more money than I should.
What should be happening instead? I should keep about 1,000,000 coins.

So I had a team in fifa yesterday but I sold my team for 1,200,000. I later on transfered money between accounts and got 500,000 (which was my fault). Today when I woke up, I realised that you removed all of my money (which was understandable) but the thing is that I should have atleast kept about 1,000,000 because a big amount of my money were gotten by selling my players in my team to buy an expensive player.

If you don't receive or lost an item or money on your game, only EA Assistance can help you. Try to contact them by mail, phone ,chat.... but unfortunately we can not do much more on this community forum.
