Hey Team, 

From what I can see there's nothing I can do about this for 24 hours...great.

Just wanted to make this thread to let you know that I've got this error, but:

• I do not use any cloud gaming services
• I haven't modified or changed any part of my computer
• I do not have multiple computers
• It's only been a few hours since I even downloaded the game and I've only ever opened it on the one computer a couple of times. 
• I do use a VPN, but the VPN settings have no changed over the time I've been downloading or opening the game. 

So essentially your security feature has locked me out for no reason.

Could be related to using a VPN @Nego_Demolisher.

If it shows as different places when you access the game.

no the problem has not solved itself yet

@EA_Darko No worries, I won't go ahead with getting this game. VPN usage is far from an anomaly, with over 1.5 billion users worldwide employing VPNs for a multitude of legitimate reasons, it is not only inappropriate but also intolerable to be penalised for utilizing one. It is beyond comprehension that in 2023, EA would enforce such an outdated and exclusionary policy.

Hey @Nego_Demolisher it will fix itself in time, you need to ensure that you do not continue to launch the game for a period of time.

As for VPN, it is quite common and I use one myself but if you are showing as being in multiple locations in a period of time which can occur when using a VPN then a security precaution like this can kick it.

I just changed my CPU and now i cant play the game. Like, damn..
