Didn’t receive my lakers bape and ape jersey played the event again and still haven’t gotten the reward

Are you talking about Madden Overdrive? Or another game? This is the Madden Mobile forum.

Try restarting the game and check back later. Go to the store and it should trigger any unopened crates. If you get a white sphere then you got the bug with empty crates like I did. Look at the screenshots and if yours don't look like that then you should get them eventually when the server catches up.
