Titanfall 2 - Can't access Multiplayer ; Stuck at "Contacting respawn servers"

After purchasing  origin access I saw titanfall 2 as one of the Vault games that are available to play for me , so I picked it up and played it a bunch over the week.But today i encountered a strange thing , I couldn't play multiplayer anymore.The game won't let me get into the multiplayer.The data center was found (Amsterdam in my case) but the "Launch multiplayer" tab won't get unlocked it just keeps on Loading.Of course i searched the bug up and found some posts that suggested i should disable all my network adapters.I did exactly that but still couldn't access the multiplayer.Now here i am writing this post because i really want to play some titanfall 2 and cant find a solution.

I already thank everyone for answering.

Could you check out the rest of troubleshooting steps listed in this article? You can also try to use the repair option in Origin.

I reinstalled the game and forwarded some ports and now it works again.
