Timeouts Randomly Being Called- PC

Have any of you had an issue where as soon as the game starts your coach keeps calling timeouts after every play? I've tried restarting Madden and it does not fix the issue. I could even super sim the entire first possession, but as soon as I return to game timeouts keep being called leaving me with no timeouts as soon as the game starts.
