Throwing knifes no longer unlocked (after Update)

Ever since I downloaded the Tides of War Update on the 5th of Dec. 2018 The throwing knifes for the recon class were no longer available to me, even though I met the level-requirement.

I know I just opened BFV and got the knives back in the armory after a UI update.
