Three Player Squad But One Always Disconnects

So there's three of us that play together. I'm in one house, and the other two are in another house. I can always connect, but one of the other two will always disconnect before character selection (there's no pattern, it's completely random). We don't think it's their internet, because on any other game we can connect fine.
