Exactly same problem on at my side. This problem i have about week or long.

    Still not working. This is the message/error I got today:

    An error occurred during a connection to swtor.checkout.ea.com.

    SSL received a record with an incorrect Message Authentication Code.

    Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_MAC_READ

    The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

    Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

I have tried this on 3 different browsers and the same error message occurs. So this is a SWTOR website issue rather than a local user issue.

It's definitely not a local issue.  It's something going on with their payment system.  Unfortunately the last response from EA advised they are still investigating the issue.

Thank you. I was able to purchase coins 4 times so far using Mozilla browser and paypal. It would appear the problem is fixed. Appreciate it very much. Now EA can continue to collect more money from me for virtual clothes, than I spend on my own real clothes.  :-)

If you still experience the SSL error with PayPal, please fully clear the cache and cookies (from the beginning of time) from your browser of choice, and try again.
