지금 같은 문의를 몇 번이고 하는데 문제 해결해 달라고 하니까 버그 제보로 글을 제출하라 그러고 버그 제보에 글 썼더니만 기술지원에 글 올리라 그러고 있어요. 차라리 내 글을 봤더니 기술 지원 항목이어야 맞을 것 같은데 버그 보고로 되어있는 거라서 제대로 처리가 안되는 거면, 다시 기술 지원으로 제출하라고 알려줘야지 버그 제보 하라고 답변 받아서 버그 제보 했더니만 버그 제보 처리부서는 기술 지원 처리 부서로 연락하라는 답변을 받았는데 그러면 내 문제는 한국도 아니고 미국도 아니고 어느 나라의 어느 부서의 상담원이 해결해 주는 거에요?
