This is my first ban and im highly upset

I was banned due to my name, which ive had since november 15,2013, i have never had a problem with my name/gamertag on any platform it has been the same for 10 years. Ive spent time and money on apex but people are getting soft

I have already sent a dispute and i refuse to wait 30 days to hear from someone i also refuse to wait 7 for this suspension to be lifted, my birthday is the 4th of march and i was gonna spend it on apex,

Hopefully they'll get back to you sooner than that, but regardless they're the only team that can look into to this for you. If I could be more helpful I would, but bans just aren't something we have the power to change here on the forums.

If it helps, they typically respond around a 72 hour timeframe, though this is not guaranteed.

they responded to mine in under 2 hours i'm sure they were real thorough. I'm sure you'll find a way to defend EA again and you'll probably just blame them for using linux or something stupid again.

Yes I've seen that.

Do note that Linux users heavily rely on third-party software to be able to play these games, if something is changed, it could trigger EAC. (Even if it's from a reputable company)

Now this is probably not intentional as there probably is something triggering it whilst it actually shouldn't, though note that these risks of using third-party software will always exist.

This will probably be resolved once it has been recognized though, Linux should be supported as far I'm aware after all.

if u tell some shouty kid to "[snip]" ull get banned after the was shouting and talking for 15 mins straight instead of playing the game
