Day 6 and still no answers! My son linked his account to play games on Sunday, played all day Sunday and Monday morning. Monday afternoon his account is missing. Contacted EA, spoke to someone who verified his account was still in the system by the ally code. Told us to give it 24hrs, got the same response on Tuesday and again in Wednesday as well as Thursday. Spoke to a representative from Google who at first wasn't aware of any proplems and tried redirecting us to the developer. Told him already been that route and they sent me to you. After 45mun he said oh yeah we are having an issue and to check back in....... 24-48hrs. Really????? Is that on the robot paperwork they give you? Bull,💩
Anyone have any luck restoring their account yet?
