Log into your router's admin panel to see if you have a firmware update.

With the freezing, do you have the game and Origin installed on the same drive? Do you have Game Mode disabled on your PC?

it's getting abit ridiculous @EA_Blueberry , honestly.. I've everything you've said mate and i've even tried what other people have recommended me to do but none of it works..
I love the game but it's annoying that this keeps happening to me.

Today me and my son play few games all was unplayable cuz of the lags freeez it show ping 27 ms 0 packet loss and so still cant play .I did everything what @EA_Blueberry write that do not help at all the server is garbage , i play bf 4 and bf5 and never have lags and dont need to forward ports or anything else just play but this is a JOKE

Same LAME issue since before Season 2 launch...Me and my son play 3-4 matches then everything goes to hell...he gets DC'd...I get DC'd....Code Leaf....Bad challenge....just non stop nonsense....restarted both PC's...reload games....same crap.
Played 3 matches today and then either my son or I would then get DC'd for the next 5 matches before giving up.
Games great....but your guys Servers are the worst I've EVER played on.
Once a game PO's me enough.......then it's in the bin/uninstalled.
You guys need to get your stuff sorted...because this is ridiculous.
And no....I'm not a bug chaser.....do your jobs please and fix this great game.
