This Profile is not Permitted to Play online Xbox

Hi, I recently have received an error on my Xbox that pops up whenever I try to play an Ea game stating that my account is not permitted to play online. I have browsed for possible solutions and changing my password has not worked and I do also have Xbox live gold and no maturity filters on my account. This is incredibly frustrating as I have had a similar issue with EA before as well.
