This Galactic Challenge Permanently Locked Out my Game

Hi all,

I was attempting to get the dodge feat done in the GC and I died- then the game just froze. After freezing for about 15 seconds it said the client must be restarted. So I did, but it wouldn't get past "loading cantina." So I restarted my phone AND reinstalled the app and nothing. It is still stuck on "loading cantina." I also literally just bought the relic 8 packs today (whale, I know) so that is super discouraging. Has anyone experienced this before? I can give my ally code if needed. I really hope I am not locked out forever...
