How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I attempt to play an online seasons game, I get an error message that states “There was a problem with the online squad check. Please try again later.”
What happens when the bug occurs? I select “ok” and then I get the next error message stating “There was a problem getting your online information. Please try again.”
What should be happening instead? My seasons match should begin.

Hey @Jonjds25 you can generally fix this issue by going into"Customize" and then select "profile".  Delete everything in there except for your customized saved data for your Career mode. Once done you need to restart your console and you should be good.

Unfortunately I tried that and I still have the same problem. Any other ideas?
