There is a problem with your game setup APEX

Have this issue too, tried;

1. copying game folder to desktop, uninstalling and copying folder back. Then reinstall, - didnt help

2. Uninstall game, and reinstalling(this time redownlaoding). - Didnt help

3. Repair installation - didnt help

4. Went into game directory, Apex/_Installer folder and manually uninstalled vc 2010,2012 and 2015 then reinstalling. - Didnt help

     *Noticed that i have some x86bit versions of vc on my desktop(my pc is x64bit) so i tried game on with the x84bits which still didnt work, after uninstalling the 

      x84 bits version of vcs, game still didnt work.

5. Like previous post said, to uninstall easycheat and reinstall, - didnt help

6. Saw online that on some other ea games, same issue is current and one solution was to install quicktime player. - didnt help

If something worked for someone please post something.

Right-click the game on Origin and select "Locate Game". What path is showing for the game?

Hi all my friends, I've downloaded APEX Legends but I receive an error like: "There is problem installing your game. Please install your game again." 3 times I downloaded the game. The origin has not been re-installed from the beginning again. Can't figure out why the problem is there?

This worked for me hopefully it helps you but all i had to do was update to the latest version of windows 10 you can click here to do that.

It seems like EAC has an issue with older versions of the normalize.dll file in sys32
