The server lists are blank

Hi! I played a few hours yesterday, with no problem, but now i wanted to play, and after i started the game, there was a unusually long loading screen, then all the servers are disappeard.

I searched around the internet for a few fix, but no one has solved my problem so far.

Please help to fix the issue.

A blank server list is usually an issue with your firewall - when the launcher is updated you often need to re-add it to the exceptions list in your firewall:

If it's already added as an exception, try removing and readding it, then restart the game.

I readded them, and my firewall is completly turned off right now, and the problem still exist.

This could be a net issue in which case it will come good on its own

never hurts to restart the router/modem , Flush DNS Cache

Remove and Re-add exceptions for launcher.exe and swtor.exe (both)

Eset - disable protocol filtering

kaperskey - disable scan secure/encrypted connections

Nortons (Firewall) set exceptions to "Allow" instead of "Auto" (Auto Blocks)

but like I mentioned if this was good and nothing changed it may simply be a net issue and come good on its own.

This happened to me yesterday, I had to completely close the client several times and log back in and it finally worked. The same thing happened to a guildie the other night when we were going to raid Dread Fortress and the same process worked for him.
