The lineup does not have a valid defensive playbook item

just bought the game, and when the tutorial reach the  4th one for the challenge, there is error message saying "the lineup does not have a valid defensive playbook item" i press ok and then it stuck with just background of the games.

Visit your lineup and under the lineup tool try resetting it back to default with best overall. Tab over to your special teams roster and there should be an option to add your defensive playbook.

@EA_Blueberry Thank you, but bow can i access the lineup without entering the MUT mode? coz when i enter the mut mode it only show the tutorial and straight to the 4th challenge.

Good point. Can you go to your settings at the main menu and under the files delete your profile and roster files, then re-launch the game. Let's see if that does the trick.

@EA_Blueberry I have done what you suggest but after re-launched the game, the problem still there.
Do you have any other suggestion bro?

Which platforms are you on and have you tried reinstalling the game yet?

Please reach out to our Live-Support team to take a deeper look at this for you. It's possible you encountered an extremely rare bug where they may need to grant a playbook for you to continue.
