I understand the frustration with this however the EA Help support team do not assist with refunds requests outside of EA's refund policy.
We can share some troubleshooting advise that can help limit freezing somewhat if you'd like to try them the next time you encounter a freeze? The steps can be found in this thread: "Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes Basic Troubleshooting Guide".
