The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.

When trying to launch  the game, i am given the message "The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.".

I can browse local files and see all files installed for the game (no error when trying to browse)

I have scanned for disk errors 3 times and had no errors.

Verified integrity of game files ~10 times.

I have reinstalled the game ~4 times.

Origin does not seem to detect it on disk, however steam does.

I have downloaded other games and those launch fine, it seems to only be EA games giving me this error (so far Fifa 21 and SWB2)

Not sure what to do at this point.
