The Sims Mobile - game crashes upon launching

A lot of ppl in my Sims Mobile group are having this issue. It’s the app, they need to fix it.

I have submitted a big request and posted here about the game crashing. It’s hard to do challenges when the game always freezes or just shuts down. I have googled and looked on here and have done all of the troubleshooting I can do.

I am having the issue. Game didn't launch in ios.
